PRIME contains 10.5% coconut water and 250mg of BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) which are metabolised by the body and used as sources of muscle energy. PRIME also has B vitamins and antioxidants, and 700mg of electrolytes which are important in the function of the nervous system and muscles.
