Product Description
Defend BCAA from Grenade is made from the highest quality ingredients, combining micronised, pepform and free from amino acids. Unlike many BCAA powders, Defend does not include duck feathers or human hair and features a potent 7g of BCAAs at a 2:1:1 ratio.
Defend can be consumed at any time – pre or post-workout, during training as a tasty alternative to water or to provide essential hydration throughout your day. The included funnel enables on-the-go use, allowing you to decanter your BCAAs into any bottle with ease.
Available in 3 delicious flavours, Defend is a great way to stay hydrated during the day.
Preparation:
Take 2 level scoops of Defend powder with approx. 500mL -1000mL water (adjust according to taste preference) of water during (Intra-Workout), or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, Defend can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day.
DO NOT exceed one serving (2 scoops/13g) per day. Not to be used by those under 18 years of age. This product is to be used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise programme for best results.
