Usage

Take one serving (1 or 2 level scoops) of C4 pre workout mixed with 700ml of water 20-30 minutes before training to prepare yourself for a tough session, and drink plenty of water during your workout. 1 pack has 20 servings if double scooped, or 40 if single scooped.
