Power up your training sessions with Cellucor C4 Original Pre-Workout Pineapple Head, a pre-workout powder formulated to support energy, focus and physical performance before exercise.
Each serving provides 150mg of caffeine, alongside 1.6g CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, 1.5g Creatine Monohydrate, 1g L-Arginine Hydrochloride and 200mg N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine. The formula also contains Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12.
With its tropical Pineapple Head flavour, C4 Original is designed to be mixed with water and consumed shortly before training. The 198g tub provides approximately 30 servings, making it a convenient addition to your pre-workout routine.

Directions
Mix 1 level scoop (6.6g) with 150–200ml of water and consume approximately 20–30 minutes before training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Contains caffeine (150mg per serving). Do not consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day from all food and food supplement sources. This product is intended for healthy adults aged 18 years and over.
