Directions: Add 1 serving of Blessed Pancake mix with 5-6 tablespoons (80mL) of water or milk substitute in a bowl and mix well until a batter forms. Heat a nonstick frypan over medium-high heat and add batter. Cook until bubbles begin to rise on surface, then flip and cook for 2 minutes. Enjoy! Serve with your favorite pancake toppings.
