Product Description

Wholegrain oats and chocolate chips come together in this easy-to-make protein ball mix — perfect for creating delicious, energising snacks at home.

Preparation and Usage:

You will need

• 120g Nut or seed butter, e.g. Peanut butter
• 50ml Milk
• 60g Honey

Equipment

• Lined baking tray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas mark 4. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Place the mix into a bowl and add the nut or seed butter, honey and milk. Mix well until combined.
3. Roll the mix into 12 balls, spacing them evenly on the tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Top tip!
Drizzle with chocolate for a decorative finish.
