Experience the authentic taste of expertly crafted beef biltong. Made using 100% premium beef, this high-protein snack is seasoned with a signature blend of spices, carefully marinated, then slow air-dried and thinly sliced for a rich, savoury flavour and satisfying texture.
Prepared in the traditional style, 240 g of beef are used to produce 100 g of biltong - delivering concentrated taste and protein in every bite.
Ingredients:
Beef, vinegar, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), spices, maize starch, garlic powder, onion, tomato, paprika, spice extract, yeast extract, smoke flavouring, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate), salt.
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Keeps without refrigeration. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
