Each 100ml bottle provides 350mg of caffeine, 3.2g of Beta-Alanine and 2g of Glycerol, alongside Niacin (Vitamin B3) and Vitamin B12.

Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration, while Niacin and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

With a refreshing Cherry Fizz flavour, each compact bottle provides two 50ml servings and is easy to take with you to the gym or training session.
