Give your muscles the support they need with USN BlueLab Whey. Each scoop delivers 24+ g of premium whey from isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate.
Available in nine delicious flavours, BlueLab Whey is ideal post-workout and can be used any time of day to boost your overall protein intake. It’s naturally rich in essential amino acids, including 5.5 g+ of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per serving—the building blocks that contribute to normal muscle growth and maintenance.
BlueLab Whey also contains Tolerase (lactase enzyme) to help improve lactose digestion in people who struggle to digest lactose. However, as this is a dairy-based product, it is not suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance. For a lactose-free option, USN recommends BlueLab Plant Protein.

Recommended Use
- Mix 1 scoop (34 g) into 150–200ml of cold water.
- Shake well for 30 seconds, settle for 60 seconds, shake again before drinking.
- 1 Scoop (34 g) provides 24 g protein, 2 scoops (68 g) provides optimal 48 g protein.
Adjust your protein intake from 1–5 servings depending on your physical goal and protein requirements.

Premium Protein Blend [Whey protein isolate (Milk), Whey protein hydrolysate (Milk), Whey protein concentrate (Milk) (Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin)], Cocoa Powder, Inulin, Flavouring, Thickeners (Guar gum and Xanthan gum), Sodium chloride, Sweetener (Sucralose), Tolerase® L (pH-stable lactase).
