Gains just got a whole lot tastier and a whole lot easier. This 2kg Strawberries & Cream is packed with 30g of protein per serving but keeps sugar minimal with only 1.3g sugar per serving.

Each serving contains 18g Whey Protein Concentrate & 12g Whey Protein Isolate!

Top Tip: Grenade Protein Powder can also be used to make protein pancakes, added to smoothies or oats… or whatever baked creations you can come up with.

Directions for Use

Half Serving (15g Protein):  Add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.

Full Serving (30g Protein) : Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.
 

Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender.

Don't exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (2 x 40g). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Should be stored out of reach of young children. Contains silica gel sachet: don't consume. Store in a cool dry place.
