L-Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid, meaning it can be both sourced from the diet and produced naturally by the body. Internally, it’s synthesised from glutamine through citrulline. Arginine plays a vital role in producing enzymes, proteins, and key biochemicals – including nitric oxide, which supports blood flow and muscle function.

AAKG stands for Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate – a compound made by bonding arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate. This combination is popular in pre-workout supplements due to its potential to support nitric oxide production and overall training performance.

Not all AAKG is created equal. While many formulas use a standard 1:1 ratio, our AAKG features a 2:1 ratio – two parts arginine to one part alpha-ketoglutarate – delivering a higher concentration of arginine in every dose for enhanced support during your workouts.

Suggested use:

Mix 3g (approx. 1 scoop) with your preferred amount of water or fruit juice, shake and consume. For best results, mix with minimum 50ml liquid. Consume once daily.  Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for most accurate measure.
