Any delivery timescales we quote are always estimates – during busy periods we might need a couple of more days to process your order, and our couriers may need a couple more to deliver it.
*Delivery timescales for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey may take 1-2 days extra on top of the timescale displayed.
Your Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses, and if an order is delivered to an incorrect address we are unable to accept this as a non-delivery claim.
If your order is returned as undeliverable due to: incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date address, you'll be issued a full refund for your order, less the original shipping charges which will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are not refundable for a package that is undeliverable.
Redelivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery details and are able to receive items or instruct Royal Mail to leave items in a safe place, with a neighbour or similar. If Royal Mail attempts delivery unsuccessfully and/or re-routes your item to a Royal Mail customer service point or delivery office, the customer is responsible for arranging re-delivery or collection. If the item is returned to Nutricircle, then the customer can either: (a) cancel the order and receive a refund, less any applicable postage and packaging costs incurred by Nutricircle; or (b) pay for re-delivery.
Non-Deliveries
Non-delivery claims for orders you haven’t received must be made within 30 days of you placing your order. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights act 2015.
Money-Back Guarantee
We accept returns and we’re flexible. If you’ve got any issues whatsoever with your order just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort it. Simply email us [email protected]. We want your custom for life, not just for one order and we’ll always do everything we can – within reason! – to keep you happy and coming back for more. Damaged Items
In the event that your item arrives damaged then firstly please accept our apologies, and secondly please contact us straight away. We need damages and faulty items to be reported to us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt (or 30 days of receipt in the case of faulty items).
Please keep all original packaging as in some cases we will require the item to be returned at our expense; in others we will require a picture.
We will not be able to send a replacement or refund you for a broken item where a picture or return isn’t possible. For more details, please review our Returns Policy
Incorrect Orders / Missing Items
If you receive a different item to the one that you have ordered then please accept our apologies. Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve our error as quickly as possible, and in the best and most convenient way for you. If your order has any missing or incorrect items, we ask that you report this to us by emailing us [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights and you may still be entitled to a remedy if you notify us within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days. Within this email you must also attach a photograph of (a) the external packaging, (b) the Courier label and (c) the contents of what you received. Without this information we will not accept any claims for shortages. For more details, please review our Returns Policy.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship orders outside of England, Scotland, Wales, Norther Ireland,, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. Orders for which a P.O. Box delivery address has been chosen cannot be processed and deliveries will not be made to these addresses.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour and used products or returns ineligible for a refund will not be shipped back.
We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or delivered to a forwarding agency address. Neither Nutricircle ltd or Huddled Group plc is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Nutricircle ltd is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing.
