Complete Diet Protein is a blend of protein and carbs with added CLA, L-Carnitine, Green Tea, Chromium and Digestive Enzymes. When used as a meal replacement, it can help you to lose or maintain weight* and with 23 vitamins and minerals, Complete Diet Protein is a convenient way to get everything you would from a typical, healthy meal without the prep! Alternatively, you can take a half serving and use this product as a snack or post-workout shake.
The protein in Complete Diet Protein is from a blend of whey concentrate, pea, pumpkin and rice protein and contains all 9 essential amino acids. We say no to soy protein because it's a cheaper and less effective source of protein. We've also used two high-quality sources of carbs: Oat and Waxy Maize Starch.
Complete Diet Protein can be used as:
- A healthy breakfast shake when on the go
- A mid-morning snack to help you feel fuller for longer
- A meal replacement to support your diet at lunchtime
- A post-workout shake to help your muscles recover so you can workout more often
Preparation:
MEAL REPLACEMENT (60g): Mix 60g (approximately 2 x 60ml scoops) with 350ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. 60g is the recommended portion size for this product.
HIGH-PROTEIN DIET SHAKE (30g): Mix 30g (approximately 1 x 60ml scoops) with 175ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. A 30g serving size does not constitute a meal replacement.
Recommended consumption is 1-2 servings per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16.
Keep out of reach of children.
